Hi friends, when having a bad day or worse..

Not everyday is going to be a mentally sunny day. You may have a few rainy days. Or nerve racking days. However, if its a little deeper.  Its a good idea to talk to someone about it.  As soon as you get them on the phone, in person or however you get a hold of them, just start talking.  Sometimes crying helps also.

Also, remember if people say things to hurt you depending on who they are or etc.  Realize it may not be you they are gripping at.  Or if it is your fault, do your best to fix it.  Or wise, brush it off.  Never be around dwellers they are such a pain.  Positive people have so much more to offer.

It would also be a good idea to change your lifestyle, how you maybe eating,.  Go for a walk, get your mind cleared from the unnecessary stresses of life.  Keep in mind its what you don’t do that might help the day go better.  Never drink booze when you are depressed or upset.  You may regret the out come.

Getting plenty of sleep, try to get in a quite place play some relaxing music in the background. Breathe in and out.  Clear your mind.

Always remind yourself you are special.  Think inspiring thoughts.  Be proud of yourself.  Never expect to much from yourself. If you make a mistake laugh it off. And forget about it.

Ask your family for help if it is much deeper.  If you believe in God pray about your day. And, how you are feeling.

Meditation and yoga works well on challenged days.  If you like to dance that also works well. Dance your stress off.

some great advice – think it all comes down to taking control of what you can, diet, exercise, attitude etc and let the rest take care of itsself

Excellent ways to say goodbye to depression. I generally either listen to music or play with my 4-yr old daughter.
