The word that people like to hear when they enter a country is welcome. There is an issue with this because journalist prefer to be cautious and not hear the world welcome when the situation of the country they are visiting is not stable. There are military who always travel on mission and when this is official this helps to alleviate many populations who need logistic assistance. There are tourist destinations like in the Carribean which attract young couples and retired people who want to stay active for a long time. No one should be denied to travel because of a political reason for example. This needs a debate, because of language barriers or linguistic problems, which have made the exodus of populations of English speaking countries and now there are problems about how populations are handled from countries in war zones, from Africa and Asia for example Cambodia and this has an impact on the stock markets.
