Delve into my thought life.
Thursday 31st March 2011, Time: 19:18 ~ My thoughts from the last half hour.
Roxanne…Roxanne…Put on the red light, put on the red light.
I wonder if I can play the organ, I’ve got to talk to Sam Mudie, I’ll send him an email… Hi Sam, I’m performing on Wednesday, I was wondering if my band and I could use the JPH, I want to play the Hammond. Will we need the techie guy? Could you give me his email or number? Is this alright…No that won’t work…Hi Sam, I’m performing on Wednesday, can we practise in the JPH at 1:00, I want to use the Hammond, will we need the techie guy? If so can you give me his number or email so I can get in touch, thanks…yes that’s a better letter.
Am I sitting on the right train? Is this going to Newcastle, maybe I should ask someone. No don’t worry, the train guy usually announces where we’re going. Oh well it doesn’t matter if I’m on the wrong train, I’ll just get out at Strathfield. Or I could even get out at Hornsby. Hmm, most trains do stop at Hornsby don’t they…doesn’t matter…oh yes he’s announced we’re going to Newcastle.
Ooh the Asian guy sitting at Hungry Jacks was pretty hot…he was sitting alone, why didn’t I go and talk to him? Ha, like I’m going to do that, I’d be a complete douf-bag.
Hmm there’s a guy sitting across from me, eating Hungry Jacks…Geez, his hamburger is huge, it’s got two slabs of meat, that’s disgusting, must be like one of those Big Macs, or double burgers. He’s not skinny…oh he’s on the phone…Hi Gigi, did you do good? Did you do alright today? How was it, did you like it? He’s talking on the phone; he must be talking to his kid. Maybe his kid had some sort of carnival, maybe swimming or athletics. What about soccer, that’s started now. Maybe it’s a girl; netball?
Put out the red light…Roxanne, put out the red light….Roxanne…Geez I wish this song wouldn’t get stuck in my head, it’s so annoying, because I can only remember two lines.
I wish I could speak Chinese.
