I am going to give you a few dreams and what they possibly mean.
The first dream is your friend is a celebrity or you’re the lover of a celebrity and that means you have brains and good personality to get somewhere in life. Dream therapist Kelly Sullivan Walden says, “Celebrities are usually stand-ins for quality we see in ourselves.” Your dream might mean you have something in common with the person you dream of, even if you don’t know it! For example you dream Rachael Ray is your best friend. The problem is you never cooked a thing in your life. Perhaps you should try and see as you might be the next Food Channel chef.
If you dream you are in a public place without your clothes, you should examine how you felt about it in the dream when you were in the dream. If you have no problem being without your clothes in public, it means you are confident with who you are. If you have embarrassment about it in the dream, you might have something in your waking life you want to hide from others. To solve that problem figure out what you don’t want others to know and tell one person. Chances are it is not as bad as it seems. You’ll get it off your chest and perhaps stop these dreams.
If you dream your teeth are falling out you are completely stressed. It means you think something is going to go wrong so you dream your teeth are either falling out or chipping. This dream could reference to anything you think might go wrong from failing on your diet before your class reunion to failing your thesis in graduate school. To help yourself out, write down what you worry the most about and have a plan for each fear that comes to fruition. Being prepared will stop or at least reduce your anxiety.
If in your dreams you are flying, Lauri Quinn Loewenberg author of “Cracking the Dream Code” says, “this is a very positive dream because it shows you feel really good about the course you’re on. In your waking life, you’re rising about your challenges and soaring.” Loewenberg says when you experience stress in your waking life, close your eyes and remember how it feels to soar in your dream.
