This is merchandiser’s job especially garment merchandiser.

In factory, merchandiser do their job from beginning. They prepare what fabric quality to be used, what color, what accessories to be used.

All of this preparation called “lab dipping”

After Lab dipping done then merchandiser start making approval of measurement to be used on the garment, how many sizes to be done in bulk prod.

All of this step called fitting approval.

After all fitings are ok then factory will start bulk production and produce some quantity of the order.

Look like very simple but trully it’s complicated job.
