Love and what it means to me.
Here are a few of the definitions that I got from the Merriam-Webster dictionary for the word “Love”:
Those are the “politically correct” definitions of love. But they are not mine. I guess mine takes a little more of a personal approach to the word love.
At the moment and maybe it is because I am separated from my husband, but the definition of love is being kept up all night with someone special of the opposite sex. And I would NOT be watching TV.
Love is, hold your daughter seconds after she was born. Of course she didn’t really look back at me because her eyes and tongue was to busy to some kind of a turtle dance.
Love is, seeing your daughter dressed up for her first formal dance at school.
Love is, when you are crying and one of your dogs jumps up on your lap to lick your face.
Love is, seeing your daughter dressed up for her first formal dance at school.
Love is, looking into the eyes of the man you are saying “I Do” too.
Love is, having everyone over for Thanksgiving Dinner and not burning the turkey.
Of course there are a lot more reasons to love. What are some of the reason you love?
