Teaching is a tough job, therefore, teaching is not for everyone. It requires much more than just academic qualifications. It is not just a profession but more of a vocation. Only those who really love teaching  will succeed in the field

When I started my teaching career  in one of the  private schools here in our country, I learned more of the value of it. Indeed, theories being applied provide a deeper sense to me. Teaching involves  commitment, patience and dedication.It needs special skills, knowledge, and desire to make a difference. We must never quit no matter how difficult it is to handle our students. We must be determined and creative in using different instructional procedures to help those students who are having learning.

Teaching has been recognized as a dignified and noble profession. We handle the complicated task of developing personalities of  students to produce good and responsible citizens of the country in the future. Our role as a teacher is to educate the young generation and mold their young minds. Teaching also helps us to upgrade our knowledge. It is because, one of our duty as a teacher is to conduct a research on various topics before delivering it to class. We always look forward  in improving and adding our knowledge.By means of  continuous research, we discover more and learn more.  And this makes us feel more complete and more satisfied with what we are doing. In fact, we gained more self confidence in sharing the knowledge that get.

 I can say that there is no greater joy or happiness for a teacher than to see his students learning and improving on his way of life.
