Well, what can I say about this subject except what love means to me. To me love is a partnership between two people that involves giving and taking of emotional, mental, physical, and marital things. But, mostly it involves sacrifice… to give the person you love everything that is yourself with out asking for anything in return… If you have to ask for something in return then maybe it’s not what you think it is. Love is a great feeling to have and if you love someone it means you trust them with everything. Trust is one of the main keys to love, that and communication.

Love frustrates us to no ends, and basically it is huge emotions that can really mess up someone’s life very fast if you think with your heart. You have men out there that feel that love is the permission given to own a woman and to control them, and you have women out there that feel that love is acceptable Forgiveness for anything a guy might do wrong. I feel that any women or man ever uses that phrase “but I love him/her” and forgives them for betraying them, should be considered easy prey and gullible and never be allowed to make a decision for themselves based on emotions. Granted love makes you blind and dumb sometimes but not everyday for the rest of your life. Use your Heart to feel, not to think, that’s what your brain is there for.

And to put it simply I’m not perfect either and I have been betrayed several times before and used more times then I need to count. But life is a learning experience. Use some common sense. I’m doing it… or trying at least. So when you read this and you’re in love with someone think about what they do for you and how they treat you. Talk to them about how you feel and what bothers you about them don’t be afraid to hurt them. If they love you they will understand your point and not think you’re trying to bring them down or blame them. Do things for them to show you love them. Try and make them happy as they try to make you happy. You might be surprised to find that they might love you a lot, or might be just using you for something. Either way just think with your brains people….
