Why is it that happiness only lasts a short while where as sorrow seems to last forever? Can we never remove that sorrow from our hearts? And why is it that happiness can be gone an instant? I think its because happiness is built on trust, and in this world of sorrow and deception trust is hard to come by, so when it is broken it kills the happiness it created.

Why do people do the bad, the evil things they do? I believe this is because it is easier to give up and let the light fade away then it is to stand and fight the darkness inside there soul. People these days don’t want to put effort into something that doesn’t profit them, darkness can be alluring but it’s deceiving, it cannot be trusted. I am not fighting the darkness anymore, I’m not running, I’m just standing still, I don’t want to let it win but I fear that there is nothing to run to, no reason to fight the darkness.
