Do you realize that the only thing that connects you and I right now
are electrons that are invisible, quiet, tasteless, odorless,
and all around unsqueezable ?

It isn’t real.
It is nothing.
Nothing exists.

Words are but characters formed together in what we call language,
and if a picture is worth a thousand words – 1,000 x nothing is nothing.

We email to keep in touch. We aren’t.
Touching a keyboard is not the same
as touching a hand;
holding a loved one.
Letters cannot reveal
the tenderness in another’s eyes
when they say “It’s OK”.
Laughter cannot be heard,
And tears cannot fall from a screen.

If you have a chance to visit someone you care about, Do it.
Let every sense soak in the essence of who they are.
The last time may be the last time you did…
