I am Shawn, and I am always who I am. I am never who others want me to do be. I am a little bit of everyone that has come across my path. I am a mixture of all my friends, the good, the bad, and the ugly. There is no one in this world like me. I am special! Maybe not too the whole world’s eyes, but in someones eyes I know I am! My friends are my family, who I will always have there back. Even though many times we have fallen out through hard times, but it reminds me of when things happen between family members. I guess my friends are a extension of my family.

I can never conform to what everyone expects of me. This doesn’t make me happy. This doesn’t fill my life, my soul, or my heart with joy. The one thing that makes my heart beat is simple, a passion, a love for everyone I know. They may not feel the same. That’s ok because not even all family members always get a-long.

I feel as if in some way, I am connected to everything that walks on this planet. Not in the sense of being there creator, or anything special to them. Just in the basic knowledge that everything has a life-force, and in some way all of these forces are connected. Deep down I love life. I love every living thing that shares this life with me.

Everything & Everyone has a meaning, and I know I do. I just haven’t been lucky to find it yet. I won’t give up though, because one day I will find what my purpose is. No matter how long it takes me.

I know I am young, but my soul feels old. Already given up in this race of life, I have to find a little bit of joy each day. It keeps my heart healthy, and my soul alive. Sometimes it feels like there isn’t a-lot left for me. I remind myself that this is not true. The world can still be mine, or mine in the aspect that I can do whatever I set my mind to.
