Why do people believe in dooms day it has been predicted for many years and then proved wrong. So why must people believe that the world must end! It is my personal opinion that people are self important and believes that the world will end within their life time. But come on seriously this world has been here for many years before human kind and humans have lived on it for many years. Then so why must it end in our lifetime? People believe in crazy preachers talking of the “rapture” that came and went yet. He has made another prediction that the world will end in October and yet people still believe in him and this nonsense about ancient Mayans predicting the end is ridiculous because they lived thousands of years ago and for crying out loud they sacrificed human beings! But yet again as one of the many dooms day predictions draws nearer I personally believe that it will come and go. Until the next dooms day prediction comes about and all past ignorance will be forgotten and people will be afraid yet again. So after writing this i have only one question why must people scare themselves.
