Living with extreme cold weather of course difficult to be lived by man. But it does not matter for a man of Dutch origin, who holds the world record eight times survive in temperatures below zero degrees.

Two years ago, Wim Hof ran marathons completed in Finland at a temperature of minus 20 Celsius by just wearing shorts. In 2008, Hof also recorded the time approximately 73 minutes and 48 seconds when he was able to survive in the ice.
Interesting of these nicks Hof, then arranged for Henny Boogert who works as a photographer. Boogert met Hof in Amsterdam 25 years ago. Since then, Boogert always record the unique action of 52-year-old man.
According to Henny, Wim accustomed to sitting in a park that has a frozen lake in winter to simply read a book. Henny and Hof often travel to the North Pole, to the vast glacier and a giant refrigerator where they play chess.
“I do not win playing chess, I was just concentrating so as not to die of cold,” said Boogert Metro.co.uk quoted as saying on Tuesday (12/20/2011).
According Boogert, Hof’ve trained him from an early age. He believed that the mind is able and he believed that the mind is able to control everything.
