Other girls may not know but there are some guys who dislike it when a girl polishes her nails black. You want to know why I think guys think like that? Simple! It’s because I have three brothers. Three brothers with different characteristics and different preferences.

We had a show for our school project and it required us to had our nails polished black. After the show, I forgot to remove it since I was so busy.

I met my brothers and all three of them quickly noticed it. They reacted the same and gave the same opinion about it. They all said that it’s not nice to see a girl having her nails polished black. According to them, it’s as if a girl is trying to hide something beneath those nails.

I was shocked to what I just heard. I never thought about it. I wasn’t shocked because I was trying to attract boys. I was shocked knowing that guys actually think like that.

Days passed, I bought a new teenage magazine which has a new issue every month. In that magazine, I found a part of it where guys talk about what they don’t like about a girl. And guess what? What my brothers said were indicated there. Guys don’t like girls with black nail polish. And the reason was also the same to what my brothers said. This made me conclude that there are really some guys who doesn’t like it.
