For You And Your Boss. Do you feel sluggish and sleepy at work? Why not try some easy exercises to do at your desk! Do some arm raises. This can be done while sitting or standing. Use a bottle of water for the weight. Straighten your back and your abs. Lift your arms up to your shoulder hold for about 3 seconds then up over your head. Hold. Repeat with your other arm. Do some bicep curls. This can be done while sitting or standing. Use a bottle of water for the weight. Straighten your back and your abs. With your palm up, slowly curl your hands towards your shoulder. Repeat with your other arm. Why not do some chair squats. Sit with your abs and back straight. Lift yourself about 6 inches off of your chair. Hold this for as long as you can and then rest. Repeat. If you want try some hip flex. Stand with your back, abs and your legs straight. Slowly lift your leg out to the side as high as you can and hold for about 3 seconds. Then use your arms to balance. Repeat this with your other leg. Why not exercise at work if you have the time. These exercises do not take long to do.
