Some days go weird… Amazingly weird!

I had a great, amazing and weird day, the last Monday.

We all have over a hundred phone numbers in our “Contacts” list of the Cellphone.

Out of that, with how many, we are in constant touch, on a daily basis?

2? 3? 5?

Interestingly, it’s only One. Just One, whose calls matter!

I know a person, whose postpaid bill, in a particular month, exceeded Rs. 800!

That amounts to over an hour of dialled calls, and on adding the duration of calls received, that amounts to around one and a half hour of talking!!!

But, did that person, really feet that friendly rapport, that emotion in that duration of the total conversation… Wasn’t it just the mouth talking… And Not the heart…

A namesake conversation.

On Monday, it seemed, the whole world was calling out to me!

Met a friend, after around 5 long years!

Just before an interview, the person who matters, wished me good.

Another friend, called, after 3 years!

We have a trio… A la, “Dil Chahta Hai” one…

Am Aamir. (Aakash)

My best friend, is, Saif. (Sameer)

And the other’s Akshaye. (Sid)

That day, Sid called me up… After about 3 months.

Then few messages and mails…….

Sameer called and we talked at length, after about a month!

“Why some girls are real stupid?”

“On relationships, fidelity, honesty and the physical dimension…”

“Life, Love etc..”

Thereafter, a college friend, rang me up in the middle of the night, for some counselling…

All in all, I was lethargic… By the short travel I had for the interview… And just after that, so many conversations!!! Which am not that used-to, doing, often…

Approximately 200 minutes… Over 3 hours on phone!!! Whoa!

Conversations with friends, matters the most, when you actually need it.

At other times, its pretty much okay, if you’re not having that “mobile elbow”!!!

As again, it’s only one, whose calls matter…
