All we know about yoga but we don’t apply our minds so definition is going change.

Yoga= + = Meeting with God

From olden age Rishi and Munis go for yoga in the forests for years not in the search of health but to search for God. As being without exercise and water and food their bodies go week. They had to be conscious for health. they invented some method of exercise .

          But now days  people accepted that exercise and think they are religious and going for God. 

God does not meet by a system but with a love in the heart for the God.

Do exercise for health but they are not yoga.
