Zone of
Silence in Mexico.  There exits an area
in northern Mexico where cell phones don’t work, among other electronic
devices.  There was also an incident
where a U.S. rocket being tested at White Sands, New Mexico, that flew all the
way into this area and the U.S. had to send soldiers to pick it up and bring it
back to the U.S. side of the border.  Von
Braun is said to have visited the area during the retrieval of the errant
rockets.  Rocks in this area are also
said to be highly magnetized and could explain why the rocket was attracted to
this location.  It is said that
meteorites tend to fall in a higher number than in other areas.  Ufos are said to be seen from time to time in
the sky near this zone.  Strange looking
beings have been observed in this zone of silence and are said that they appear
when somebody is stuck in the mud when flash floods occur or other incidents
